cops said its against the law to take my kids to the park or carnivals!
Hello, the cops now said my guilty conviction from 1997 since a new law passed in IL in 2011 January 1st saying sex offenders cant be in the park and unlawful restraint in IL is consider a sex offense I cant take my kids to the park,school carnivals, fairs or anywhere kids gather. I did not commit a sex crime the states attorney already said my crime back in 1997 was non sexual in any way! Why am I getting punished for same thing over and over

Old addresses keep coming back!
Okay - I apologize if this question has been asked and answered, but I can't find the solution yet. I keep getting score alerts notifying me that my address has changed - to my childhood home - that i haven't lived at for about 8 years.

Does transunioncs.com give real FICO scores?
I keep getting a Error 730 when I try to get my TU score from MyFico, and was looking for an alternative place to get my REAL FICO for TransUnion. Does transunioncs.com give real FICO scores, and if not does anybody know of someplace other than MyFico that does?

NCO Hard Inquiry
I just bought my TU report and it looks like NCO did a hard pull of my report on 5/25. I have no collection accounts on CR from them. All of my baddies fell off as of 1/1/10, as they were all passed 7 yrs from DOFD. All I have left on all 3 reports is 1 medical collection (under $200) DOFD 5/06, whiich was last reported on Jan/07 from Alliance One. I keep getting calls from NCO, but have not recieved a dunning letter from them. I do not answer the phone and have never spoken to them. My only accounts , besides the 1 medical collection (Alliance), are all recent ones within the passed year, all with on-time payments.

Hospital can’t find babys Medical records
:confused: While I was in the hospital for my babys birth I was infected with Sepsis for which also infected my newborn.And now the hospital is saying they can't find her Medical records.Iv'e tried numerous times and keep getting the run around.I beleive the hospital is negligent to the care of my baby and I . What can I do to get her records? Do I need to hire an attorney ?
