Juveniles going on the run in the state of Texas.
I am going to be talking about my friend who wishes to be confidential so we'll call him bob. Bob recently got found guilty of arson, he was in juvie for over a month and is awaiting his disposition. In the last court he had the judge allowed him to be released to the care of his father to go out of state (Arizona) to have a EEG (brain scans).

adoptive parent with a sealed NY juvenile record?
I was hoping you might assess the following situation and provide some guidance. My wife and I are very interested in adopting a child, but as we begin our journey, a regrettable episode from my adolescence is hanging over us like a dark cloud, and we simply don't know how to handle it appropriately. At age 14 during the 1980s, I was arrested (initially as a juvenile offender) in NY district court -- the matter was immediately removed to family court, and in its final disposition, the court adjudicated me a juvenile delinquent (an "E-petition" JD of a "designated felony act").

I Need Advise Please
im on juvenile probation i just turned 18 i have a felony for burglary on my juvenile record and i just recently got arrested and sent to adult jail for 2 charges that i had nothing to do with. what happened was my friend asked me to take her to pick up money from her friend so i did and it turns out that my friend got busted for selling to an undercover cop which i had no clue who he was i was just trying to help a friend out and take her somewhere so i got arrested and charged for transporting and conspiracy to commit a crime i just got bailed out this morning my court date is on june 3 and today when i got home cps made me sign custody over to my grandmother and told me im nowhere allowed around my kid. My charges are currently pending and im out on bail so i was wondering if i should stick with my public defender or should i get a lawyer

Sons 1st offense 8mo still in jail
My son is in jail an the juvenile detention center in Houston tx. He has been in for about 8 months.

sex crimes against juvenile committed by juveniles
in cases like this do the accuser have rights that protect him whem the victim was willing wanting to perform sexual acts upon let's say there was two juveniles males at this scene and two females. when one female was willing wanting to do sexual acts to both males one being 17 yr old juevile and other was 22 yr. (to find out this 22 yr old was on parole and also a sex offender at large for none reporting) which these kids didn't know this.
