OSC – Contempt in California
How often do the Family Courts actually punish the offenders of an Court Order? While filing an OSC-Contempt is available, does they (courts) impose sanctions, cmmnty service or worse it; jail time? Have someone whom is an "ex" that continues to NOT follow the court order and fails to adhere, despite the judges warning them to follow it

Finding and Order After Hearing
On 02/09/2011, I went to court pro per against my sons,fathers which is being represented by an attorney on a Order to Show Cause custody case. After the Judge made his ruling, he asked the Petitioners counsel to prepare the Order. I just recieved the Order in the mail yesterday

Petition of non payment and now harrasing me,tenant, Suffolk County
I've lived here since Nov 1 2010 payed all rent until this Feb in which I only paid 400 of 1650. No lease, month to month, took me to court I on the 24th of the month and the judge ruled me to be out by the last day of month 28th, I asked for the folloewing month,30 days ,denied. He also has 1650 of security.The landlord now came to me yesterday the 26th and told me to be out Monday the 28th

Appeal paperwork
After the trial for divorce I appealled the judges ruling about my 401K that was not my ex's. I won that appeal but the Judge told his lawyer to draw up the paperwork.

Lied to get police report and protection order
I am for the second time being harassed with false domestic violance charges. I have been to court date after court date and the judges will not consider the posibility that I am innocent.

What should I expect from a misdemeanor theft charge?
I got caught attempting to shoplift an $18 pair of headphones (stupid, I know) from wal-mart. I was not arrested, but I was taken in the back and gave all my information to the undercover security guard
