Applying for a marriage license before divorce ramifications
I went through a very bitter divorce where we seemed to over excel and be one of only 4% of all divorces that went to trial. The divorce has been going on for over a year and was supposed to be over a while ago, but something has always popped up. The latest was after the final trial date (that's all over now), her attorney had a brother die, so that delayed it for three weeks, then it was the holiday's and the judge went on vacation for another couple of weeks

approved I-130 but deport. hearing pending July
Hello and thank you.My wife and I were approved very quickly actually at interview and then 3 days later recieved the I-797 approved notice.We have a 2nd deport hearing that the judge stated just to bring in the approved I-130 and he would terminate ,Do we need to file a motion to term or do as Judge stated?

can some one help me im tryin to stop my twins beintaken by social service on the13th
iam 20yrs old and had twin girls on 21/07/2009 and have been on child protection for 2years as me n ther farther have had fights n just as social services decided to take me for pre court precidings i let a friends cousin get bail to my house and i left him for a hour to watch my girls while they slept as i nipped to a mates and he had took somet and passed out and left somet in ma oven he could remeber who my girls were or weather they were in the fire and now soical are sayin there take them into care if the judge decieds im unfit as a mother im so so scare i love my lil girls so much and is wiling to do anything to keep them has any1 any advice PLEASE.........

to court on a custody and visitation disagreement and your not the moving party dont offer evidence off or accuse the moving party of abuse,alls they have to do is deny it and the judge has no choice but to assume you as yje actual abuser.

What does 30 days late mean
I was recently listening to FOX news and heard Judge Napalitano state something to the effect of that we can make payments even on the 30th day and not be delinquent.. ( from a credit bureau standpoint) Question. What does 30 days late mean or past due 30 days..

Motion to Sign Agreed Enforcement, NCP has not done a thing
Had a Motion for Enforcement hearing before a district Judge (we had been in Title IV Court) at the end of January 2011. NCP came forward with a "plan" to get a part-time job and put 100% of that (somehow) toward child support.
