How long should my resume be? I have 3 pages!!?

My most recent and relevent experience is in the mortgage/real estate/property management and transportation field for the past 10 years. Primarily as an executive administrative assistant and also as a loan processor. Prior to this I have manufacturing and retail experience dating from 1991-1998. Should I omit these jobs unless they are significant to the job for which I am applying?
Even if I omit them, My resume is still two full pages long! What should I do?

Can I collect unemployment if I quit a 100% commission job in New Jersey?

I have been a mortgage loan officer for the last 13 years and always made a good living. 4 months ago I started with a new company because my previous employer failed to provide leads anymore and I was no longer able to make money there. Now with the new company, leads are there but I can’t seem to bring any deals in. I receive a minimum wage “draw” that has to be paid back with my commissions. Well, I now owe the company about $ 3,000 in draw money with no sign of commissions to pay this back. It will just keep adding up the longer I stay here. Because of this, my once excellent credit is starting to decline. I can no longer afford my mortgage payment, creditcard , etc… I work 9 hours a day, plus my drive to work is almost an hour each way which makes it difficult to find time to look for other jobs. I want to quit so that I can look for other work, but I want to know if I’ll be able to collect unemployment in the meantime so that I can survive. Anybody have the answer for me?
*** I am a w2 employee (not 1099′d) and I’ve been paying unemployment taxes my whole life

I think this help with Mortgages for out of work people is a great program. Do you?

My Gosh the Banks have screwed us and if we have to move out from our homes we have been paying years on because we can’t get a new loan or a job to get a new loan… which I have encountered, then heck yeah, this 18M out of the 75M reserve after the Banks got their money and gave us the bigger screw to the already knocked down hard working white collar professional in the corporate world that I and my friends in the same situation are in Should be used for us and this initiative/movement. Finally someone is trying to save the people. Sure ain’t the Banks! They are making life so hard for us already down! Jobs and Saving people with their homes Should be done at the same time! We left still hanging on after using all of our savings due to the Banks screw up should be able to get help. The Job problem is big and Obama is working on both issues, jobs and home mortgages are at the heart of me and so many of my friends issues.

Including credit card debt as part of mortgage loan – 1st time buyer?

We are looking into purchasing a condo for our 1st owned housing. My wife and I make about 125,000 a year combined income and have good credit ratings with steady jobs (more than 5 years in the same company). The problem is that our cc debt accumulated through our early years is in the 50k, so paying for cc monthly payment + mortgage is not possible. Is it possible to fold our cc debt into a mortgage loan so we can at least afford to buy a condo/house? thank you.
