My girlfriend was arrested on 1-19-2009 for DUI, possession of meth and careless driving. She was put on probation for 5 years and ordered to go to a rehab clinic for 6 months. She has completed rehab successfully

Should I resign under duress
I have been suspended for 2 years now without pay from my job as a Sargeant at a detention center in Oklahoma pending an ongoing federal investigation. The board of Trustees over the jail gave me the option last month to quit or be fired this month

A Friend Locked Up
I have a buddy who was arrested on 2-14-10 and was held on a failure to appear for child-support and was sentenced to 30 days. On 3-14 he called and informed me that they had found some additional charges and set the bond for $2100.

Theft then Drug Charges
Texas I recieved a Class B misdemeanor for Theft at the local Mall then once I got to the jail my friends medicine were in my bag which were considered a Class A misdemeanor of Controlled Substance. I'm a 18 year-old currently in college, what will my punishments be? Will I be able to get these cleared off my record
