NSF Check DOFD and CA
In October of 2003 I had a check that was returned NSF and was processed through certegy. The check remained unpaid and in July 2005 Certegy either sold or transferred the account to Hilco. A few months back I DV Hilco now EAF to see if they were legally entitled to report and they sent back a letter stating the items have been transferred to Aaragon Collection and they, Aaragon, are handling it.

I think I made a HUGE mistake
I have been trying to clean up my credit and pulled my reports last week. A friend has been giving my advice and she said that I should dispute (online) the items that were not mine but belonged to my ex husband.

Texas Civil suit questions
I just recieved a "courtesy" letter from a P.C stating that he has filed a civil suit on behalf of a large credit card company seeking about $6k for an old 2002 credit card debt of about $2k.

I hate Experian
Just ranting some. 1st, When I try to view my credit report from them, it only shows me half of the report and stops in the middle of one of the items

Differences in Credit Report on MyFico Vs. Equifax….
So today I ordered an Equifax report from MyFico and saw some things on my report I could have sworn were taken off. So I ordered a report from Equifax so I could dispute the items and when I ordered the report, the item was not listed. As was not a few other things with Discreprencies.......whats going on here? Which report can I trust if lenders for either Auto/Home/Credit Cards are pulling? Thanks in advance..

Fiance passed.
