Lending money to my own Trust, then withdrawing it, I am the Only party in the Trust.

I am considering starting this Nevada Trust, for investment. I will be Grantor, My Nevada company will be Trustee, I will be the only Beneficiary.

Landlord hasn’t responded after house fire

The single family dwelling I rent caught on fire on 1/22/10 in the evening. The fire started in the trashcan outside of the house, then spread to the exterior surface

Bought faulty car after Service Manager assured us it was in great shape

Hello all, thanks for reading. My husband and I bought a used vehicle from a private owner in Virginia (we live in North Carolina). Before purchasing the vehicle we spoke with a Service Representative of the dealership where the car has been serviced for the past six years.

Commercial lease fraud

I leased a commercial unit in a shopping center to operate a full maintenance & service automotive franchise. The main business of this franchise is oil changes and basic auto maintenance. The landlord failed to disclose that he had an agreement with an existing oil change/car wash facility in the same shopping center for exclusivity.
