Neighbor might be setting me up for a crime

Should I file against my employer based on the results of my race case?
I have a long complaint to thread in here but I will make it short and sweet. I had a bid for this group in my company to be in management twice, with both times being unsuccessful. Both times I was recommended by my manager.

[UPDATE] New Collection and it’s not mine, what do I do first?
I am expecting my last two derogs to fall off all my reports between November and December so today I ran all my reports to start yet again, a debt elimination pland and low and behold, I noticed a new collection on both my Transunion and Experian reports, I am pissed! Says the account was opened in August-2010 and a collection agency is reporting it, the original creditor is publishers clearing house DVD, what the heck!! Should I contact the collection agency's 800 number provided on my report or wait until the investigation is complete? Please advise, I'd like to have this all straightened out by the time the derogs fall off my reports in the next 6-8 weeks.

Transunion Response to Verified
So I had a dispute come back verified and called Transunion to ask for how they verified and got back this response. Does Transunion have to show be the documents they used during the verification process?
