Divorcing and I do not own the property that I put a Manufactured home on California
About 8 years ago, my husband and I had a verbal agreement with his mother and father that they would will us a piece of property. We purchased and placed a manufactured home on said property and made multiple improvements to the land. My husband and I are currently going through a divorce.

Moved from CT to PA 3 yrs ago, never changed vehicle registration, insurance, etc.
I moved from CT to PA about 3 years ago for medical reasons, with the intention to move back after doing so. For reasons too ample to list, this never occurred. I had never changed my CT insurance/registration/plates/etc.

Short Sale Deficiency – Please help!
I closed my short sale 3/10 with Chase. It was investment in Fl and approval letter never stated they would not pursue deficiency. My realtor and attorney both called the negotiator and she told them Chase does not state it in their letters but assured them there would not be one

adding cosigner to BoA credit
I applied for a basic bank of america card with the intention of starting some credit with my bank, I was declined and my father is willing to co sign, I only have a year or so of credit history and a banker said if I had some history of credit or other open accounts with them in good standing I would get a better car loan rate.
