Employer deducting more from paychecks than authorized for health insurance
I recently uncovered the President of our company is deducting more money from employees than what was agreed upon with the ins. co for our health insurance.

Short/Long term disability
After injuring myself on xmas eve, i returned to work to file my claims for short term disability. My employer next day'ed my forms to corporate, and they "misplaced" them. Instead of calling me to inform me, waited 4 weeks til I called them, and i sent them another set last week
