How often do mortgage comapnies use the 4506 t form to very info. Always or hardly ever when buying a home?
If you provide the mortgage company, with all the required information, usually follow-up on this. Does it vary from company to company or is it a common practice to execute the form of 4506t. Moreover, she was chosen guides everheard first to Charlotte? Any opinions on them?

Two EQ Reports – Diff Info?
Question. I have my EQ report from myFICO and also pulled from truecredit.com. EQ report shows no derogatory accounts. Truecredit shows 1. I have an EX report from truecredit that shows 1 derogatory and I have an EX report directly from EX's site with NO derogatory. All pulled the same day. Anyone have any idea how the info from the same CRA can be different depending on where you pull the report? TIA.

Why are Insurance Co’s always softing my credit reports?
If insurance companies can only see my name, address, and FICO score, what correlation, if any, exists between my FICO score and an insurance score? I could understand that if , they were able to see my full report, they would be able to offer property, auto, and life coverage by knowing my income & property holdings

S Corp… Share holder right querstion.
I own a small 25% share of this business and the 75% did not share the company finance info for two years. What can I do to get them to send the info to me.

When you are arrested....and the police finger print you, do they immediatly get a list of all priors or can it take days for them to get this info? I am getting conflicting stories, I was never convicted but may have an outstanding bench warrent in Mi that is 15 years old.

I'm an auhorized user on a few credit card acounts that have been charged off. I understand I'm not liable for these accounts; however, they are showing on my credit report and reported as negative information. What is the best way to get them off my credit report. I just recently disputed the info but not sure if that will help, heard it is difficult to to get this information off my report
