Do I need an annulment?
I got married to my first husband in 1998. We separated in July 2002, and because I was young, broke, and stupid, and he had disappeared, I went forward and married my second "husband" in October 2002 without getting a divorce from husband #1. (Husband #2 was well aware of the situation and went along with it).

OK, i live in Indiana and similarly to the TN DCS case on a previous thread, my son was wrongfully taken in 2005. Can a husband, while going trough a divorce, take a womans children away from her because she is dating a registered sex offender(the offense was with a 15 year old girl when he was 17 and the conviction was in the state of Indiana and he is now 26, and the charge was misconduct with a minor) can someone please help me?

College modification
I live in Indiana, my ex-husband lives in California and we got divorced in Nevada. My daughter is about to graduate high school so I need to get a college modification so my ex-husband will be required to provide support for college related fees
