So why all the changes in the forums?
I know that many of you enjoy the "at a glance" ability of the forums to show you quickly whether a forum has new posts. It also occurred to me that, despite the fact that the forums look very clean and precise with a fewer number of forums, many first time users here are confused where to look - even though it may seem obvious to us.

approved I-130 but deport. hearing pending July
Hello and thank you.My wife and I were approved very quickly actually at interview and then 3 days later recieved the I-797 approved notice.We have a 2nd deport hearing that the judge stated just to bring in the approved I-130 and he would terminate ,Do we need to file a motion to term or do as Judge stated?

I’m a IMMIGRANT Grandmother I allowed a family to stay& now they won’t leave
My Husband& I allowed a father and his 2ADULT children to stay for 2 months to help them get on there feet so they stayed in the extra room . I was told they would be leaving by the ending of Jan. Affidavit of Support
I was just curious if anyone knew about the Affidavit of Support regarding immigration. My brother in law who has lived in the states since he was a baby asked if I could help him get his citizenship by filling out an I864 Affidavit of Support. The sponsorship is to show that he will not be a burden or rely on the government while here in the states. Does anybody know if this will affect my credit score? Thanks in advance.
