Credit Report of Deceased
My wife passed away about 7 months ago. We're young so we had online accounts for just about everything. All of her stuff is closed (or should be).

UPS possible identity theft
I was applying for the DoD SMART Scholarship and they required two copies of a SF-87, fingerprint cards. On March 12th, 2010 I went to my local UPS store to mail my copies of the SF-87 to the Scholarship office.

Hello, I pulled my credit report and one of them has several different versions of my name and different cities/addresses I have supposedly lived in. I have only lived in one city my entire life.
