My medical debt on daughter’s credit report
My 20 yr old daughter who is a college student was having trouble getting a credit card even though she had absolutely no debt or collections, so she pulled her credit report.

I have a mortgage on one home, can I get a second mortgage to pay for another house?
I plan to move, but I have a current mortgage of $ 50k. I also have a bankruptcy on my record thats a couple of years. I want to find new home in that state have chosen to live in I would be able to obtain a second mortgage or refinance my house to pay for a new course?

Retaining wall
My neighbor has a 6' brick retaining wall (attached to his house) that is also about 6' onto my propety, verified by multiple surveys. Both houses were built about 3 years ago and forclosed. Can I make the neighbor tear down the portion of the wall that is on my property

landlord selling the house what are my rights
I'm a tenant but my landlord and I didn't make a written agreement. In the month of April I paid half of my rent on the 3 of the month and I was going to pay my other half at the end of the month.

Quick run down... I am a contractor in california, my license expired last year. I did a job in march where i accepted a 1500$ check, 900$ to pay for materials, and $600 as the remainder to a previous job i completed for the same customer

Damage to hidden camera, will I win this case?
Hello, I placed a hidden camera inside a small black garbage bag on a cabinet door to catch a thief in a shared accommodation house. The other party, removed this bag (not knowing the camera was inside) and damaged the camera, claiming that the bag posed a fire hazard.
