I have a civil rights problem regarding the free use and enjoyment of my property! It was taken away from me by a neighbor who installed 2 speed bumps on our shared driveway and they have impeded my rights of ingress and egress of my home.

Refusal to share houses in a trust
My daughter is one of six children to benefit from a trust set up by her father. Assets in the trust include four houses (all secondary residences--none were primary residences for him or anyone else at the time of his death.) The five other children use the homes at their discretion, but the independent trustees that her father named as trust administrators will not allow my daughter to have access to any of the homes. I don't see how my daughter who is 1/6 owner of all the homes can be barred.

Can they take our home
My mother-in-law has been in a nursing home for about 3 years; she has senior dementia. her money has run out; except for 2 houses that were in her husbands name (he died about 5 years ago) The primary residence is in the brother's name. the other property is in my wife's name

Not being allowed to see Grandma’s Trust for 1mil$ estate
My widowed Grandma with a 6th grade education and was the first of her family to come to the states from El Salvador as an indentured servant married and widowed when her 3 kids were young and supported her family as a seamstress died with an estate valued at about 1 mil from RE investment properties bought and sold with my father for the last 15 years before he passed away 8 years prior to my Gram in 1994.

[B]harry broadus is his name mines clint his son i'm 25 my dad lost everything,he lost his home when they stole it from him and lost his health severly,i'm writing from the hospital in huntsville,al heres what happened 1.cheaters in 2008 his businessed suffered the fallout with crooked people,a gas company we also had an attorney look over the contracts and the lawsuit they filed, our lawyer said and i quote"i've looked over this and there is some fraud in here cause of the contracts they broke" 2.the foreclosure ocwen is being sued by some stuff that we went through too from the same company ocwen, we've had people come in our homes with keys telling us we need to get out the house its not ours any more.then after they had their rights read to them they stayed away, before the foreclosure we tried to work it out with ocwen we called them and talked to them but they refused to as a result they auctioned off the house and i quote from a deputity who saw the house and said "wow the only reason they forced you out was because their gunna get money off the house" we had buyers that were gunna buy the business and we could of paid off everything 5 buyers but the creditors wouldn't accept it! we have the proper paperwork to prove it! we could have paid everything off walked away clean and they wouldn't do it! now my dad lays up here in pain in nciu in huntsville,al and no one cares! i've taken care of him all my life he was shot in a gas station and became paralyezed email me at hatterthevoice @ yahoo .com all one word i'll be on here later on
