So I still have custody rights?
I got a divorce in 2002, in which I was giving full custody of my son with his father having visitation rights. In 2007, I allowed my son to go and live with his father, however, I know would like for my son to come home now. Do I still have my rights?

My stepson (14yrs of age)was apparently involved in an altercation at a local carnival. He ran from the officer that attempted to stop him and when he ran the officer tackled him to the ground. Apparently the officer injured his hand and received medical treatment including therapy

Father left son with a $12,000 credit card debt
My husband recently found out that his father had been holding on to a credit card that he and his father jointly owned while my husband was in college 14 years ago. My husband was the primary owner and his father was the secondary owner. My husband no longer had possession of the card once he left college and was not aware that his father retained the card and used it for balance transfers and more recently for a cash advance into his (the father's) checking account.
