I was fired for not showing up because I was at MSU for my birthday. I knew I had to work but just turned my phone off and didn't show up.

i was fired in Sept of 2010 from a municipality. I worked there for a little over 3 years. The last t wo years I was the Dept Head over horticulture, with one full time employee thast I supervised.

Driver’s License & Social Security Card have different first name
We are hiring a new employee, when reviewing his identity submitted for the I-9 form I noticed that the first name is different on their social security card than on their driver's license and what had been submitted on their application. Hired under false pretenses
I was hired by an airline as a language specialty flight attendant. I was given a contingent job offer (CJO) based upon passing the language test. I signed a document stating that fact and another document stating I would maintain my language abilities for 2 years.
