can 18yr old be fired beacause parents wont consent to drug test and background check
my daughter is 18 she got hired at walmart in december of 2010 in the deli dept. on march 15 they decided that since she is still in high school that she is considered a minor.they want her to get a work permit which the school wont give her because she is 18.they want us to sign a paper to give consent to a drug test and background check that they did in december.

Does a teen need both parents approval to go away to a private school?
When parents are divorced and have equal and joint custody of their child does a child need both parents approval in order to go away to something like a private school or college prep school? If the child does need the approval of both parents, then can the child appeal to a judge

Evict adult child

Threatening to kill someone
I have this kid in my class (im in high school) and he kept making fun of me, i threatened to shoot him but he told the principal and i admited it, it was the first time i did it and we have to file a police report. If they pressed charges how many years could i get if i plead guilty(even that my anti-depressents, mood stabalizers and some other med makes me have homicidal thoughts)

1st offense petty theft
My 18 yr old son was caught last week shoplifting in J C Penney's with two of his friends. He stole $15 in socks, (The idiot!) They aggregated all three of their stolen items which totaled $98. All three boys charged with a misdemeanor $50-$500
