My wife had her picture taken over the internet without her consent. We are currently in Minnesota. She was setting up the computer for my stepdaughter to talk to her biological father in California.

I lost my parental rights and my daughter was adopted by my brother and his now ex-wife who live in Michigan. I need to know at what age does my daughter have the right to choose where and with whom she wants to live and can come back to live with me her biological mother in Nebraska without having to have permission from my brother or his ex-wife, her adopted parents
