Aloha, I have started self publishing my children's books and found out that a title of one of my books was copyrighted already.... "The Cinnamon Bear" my book is not related to this book and my book is an original work with original pictures.

NCO financial
NCO Financial keeps calling my husband every night a 3:00 am (we live in Hawaii). They are calling my husbands cell phone and are looking for someone whose name is not even close to that of my husbands. When my husband informed them that they were calling us at 3 am and that there is a law against that, he was told that where we live has nothing to do with the time they can call us or not--that the time they can legally call is based on their time zone. Is this true? I am not sure what we should do, cease and desist? It really sucks being woken up at 3 am. Today, they called three times, fifteen minutes apart from one another. Unfortunately, they keep using different 800 numbers each time that are disonnected when you try to call them back.

How are home insurance rates in hawaii?
I want to buy some water (to be affected by hurricanes). FLA is ridiculous now get insurance may not close to the value of water throughout the house. HWI thought maybe better because they dont get hit much.
