Demotion due to sexual discrimination

Manipulative conversation to get one to agree to specific terms?

NCO Harassment
NCO has somehow connected me to someone with a *similar name* working for a similar company. They called me at my office, I explained that I never lived at the address they had on file, nor did our ss's mix. They called me again and again and again. They also called the owner of my company (both of them) to ask for *me*. I called again, told the girl that I was recording the call..they were to cease and decist contacting me via phone or contacting anyone but me. I informed her that I recorded the call and she said fine. I also followed up with a letter.

Is this harassment in any way?
My wife was telling her district manager about health violations and discrimination at her job, when he told everyone to leave the area they were speaking in. Once everyone had left, he got in her face....within 5 inches, looked down her shirt, then told her to turn in her keys and go home.

wrongful termination/retaliation/harassment/slander
Really appreciate any advice on this: I complained to HR about wage/hour violations and hostile wk environment. HR met with witnesses who all confirmed my complaints were valid. Also, it is common and documented by others there as well so they are very well aware it is happening

Witness intimidation Question
A police department files AB/DW and criminal Harassment Charges in June on stbxw wife, I have a RO on her she has one on me. We have permission to e-mail about childrens visits, Now when I filed for RO on her it was on the affadavite about how she keeps harassing through e-mails sending the initials "DH" I percieve those initials as D**K Head thats what she has called me in the past. Now after the RO has been issued against her she does it again
