No Will in Texas
My Father passed some years ago and all of us Siblings signed our part of the house over to Mother,Mother passed three weeks ago and what I want to know is my half brother was my fathers son from previous marriage. Now that my mother (his stepmother) has passed without a Will- does brother have any entitlement to his part on their home?

Roommate disappeared, lease still active
My roommate and I signed a lease earlier this year that expires in a few months. A couple of days ago the roommate moved out without saying a single word and left to a different state

Disabilty back pay
My husband and I are not living together but we are not legally separated or divorced. He has been approved for disability and will be getting back pay for the 3 years he has been fighting to get it. I have been told I am entitled to half of that, what do I have to do to get my half?

I never signed over our house to him but he got house in divorce papers.
Roommate Question
My roommate and I signed a lease and have been splitting utilities and rent since August of 2008. In August of 2009 we signed a year-long lease that is still going on. He has accepted a job in another state and will be moving, however, he never actually told me.
