Should I file against my employer based on the results of my race case?

Does an 18 yr old with down syndrome have rights?
I have an 18 yr old son with down syndrome, and his father placed him in a group home without my knowledge and I am trying to spend weekends with him but his father says that since he checked him in that he controls when he can see me, he feels that he is his legal gaurdian, My son is begging to come live with me cause he hates it there.

Intimidation? Harrassment?
A large group of current and past employees of a county home get together for supper on a regular basis. They are all friends. Recently one of the current employees was sent home for being "negative" at work and was also told they could no longer go out with this group of friends for supper!!! Their job was threatened
