can some one help me im tryin to stop my twins beintaken by social service on the13th
iam 20yrs old and had twin girls on 21/07/2009 and have been on child protection for 2years as me n ther farther have had fights n just as social services decided to take me for pre court precidings i let a friends cousin get bail to my house and i left him for a hour to watch my girls while they slept as i nipped to a mates and he had took somet and passed out and left somet in ma oven he could remeber who my girls were or weather they were in the fire and now soical are sayin there take them into care if the judge decieds im unfit as a mother im so so scare i love my lil girls so much and is wiling to do anything to keep them has any1 any advice PLEASE.........

How much Trouble
Hello, I have a relative who came home to California for our uncle's funeral with her two daughters. Yes, she has been trying to relocate back to Cally for a while with no luck because is has fought her on relocation, but she was here for the funeral and decided to stay a week or so, because her two teen daughters were on spring break. Her ex helped her arrange airline tickets to come and they only bought one way tickets because that is what she could afford at the time.

CA renter’s nightmare
I live in CA and signed a lease to rent a house with two other girls. Within 72 hours of signing, it became apparent that one of the other girls had sever depression issues that had not been disclosed to me, so I opted to contact the landlord, pull out of the lease, and stop payment on my security deposit check

hit and run – then the driver sues me
:mad:On Jan 5, 2010 I got stuck in a right hand turn lane = there were two roads heading to where i needed to go - I was near an airport and it was about 9:30pm but not much traffic - it is heavily policed however due to airport - i looked back and there was one car in the far left road - i barely had gotten the nose of my camry into the inner lane (i did have my directional on) then the young lady had switched lanes and clipped off my driver whole bumper area - she got out of her car and the first thing she said was "I wasn't speading - you just popped up in front of me" - I usually always have my ins info written down so i was just adding my name and ph number - she gave me only her name and phone number and told me she had to go , did not have her lic w her - had jusst run out of house to get someone some medicine - I asked for her ins - she ran around to passenger side of her car - gave me a card and took off - when I looked at the card it was the card that is supposed to remain in the car - it was registered to someone else with no collision coverage - I was later shocked to find out it was a 2005 Camry because you could not tell due to all the rust - mine was a 2001 and i had collision - a police officer pulled up behind me and remained there until my husband and tow truck got there so I would not be rear-ended - this officer failed to file a crash report. According to the DMV, there was no accident on Jan 5 as there was no police report nor record of crash - one week later, I was notified by my insurance company that this girl was suing me for soft tissue damage - one year later and still that is the only info they have - the car it turns out resides about 40 min from where this happened and my guess is that it being airport area, this girl was drinking and that is why she wanted out so fast as it was less than a minute before officer appeared - my july premium for ins was 377.00 - they billed me in Jan for 882.00 reason being they stated I was 100 percent at fault for the accident - I went to the police department and they advised me to file suit against my insurer because they never heard of such a thing and as there was not even a record of this accident they were basing it solely on this girls recorded statement - I did report to mine and when I described , they initially told me that if police had been there it prob would have been a 50/50 culp negligence -- I do not understand how they can state I was 100 percent responsible - how do I know this girl did not run into 3 more people on her way home and then take off??

Mother violating court order, keeping dad from children
When the mother and I first met, she had a daughter whom was 3 months old that the real father had nothing to do with her whole life. I took all responsibilities of a dad to the child and have been for 4 years.
