new to the collection game, please help
My former roomate, my girlfriend, and I currently owe Ardent Property Management 568$ We were unwise and put it off until it was sent to their Collections Division. We recieved a phonecall from the Collection Division on Friday giving us a deadline of Tuesday the 16th to pay it before they posted it on our credit record.

Fake Warrant
my brother was recetly charged with murder, a crime he denies even being involved in. They arrested him at his girlfriend's home and afterwards, she realized that the warrant that was given to her for his arrest was fake....wrong name and the date was 2005. Also when he was seen by the judge, they did not even have the name of a victim.

Disorderly conduct, Interfering with a peace officer
In the very early morning of February 15, 2010 I witnessed Police officers approaching my house as I was exiting my bedroom.
