question about a 4 wheeler accident
My 34 year old son and my 10 year old grandson live with me (I'm 57); we rent a house. A few houses over my older son & his girlfriend & her 4 kids were living; but now they aren't together anymore But the kids still call me gram.. My son that lives with me bought his son a 4 wheeler.

Landlord refusing deposit in writing
Where to begin I leased a house in Missouri and Lived there for 7 months. I never saw a lease and requested a copy on multiple different occasions. I notified her of me moving out and she stated that I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back due to breaking the lease

father dating my childs mother do i have legal custody
my girlfriend and I recently had our first child. The hospital said that my name will be on the birth certificate, but only the mother had legal custody of our child. They said I would have to get a DNA test to get joint legal custody.

Can’t see kids
My girlfriend and I have been dating for over 2 years now, she has 2 children but her parents have legal guardianship of them. I had a great relationship with the kids and was able to see them on a daily basis up until about a year ago when my girlfriend and I got into altercation, it lasted about a day but then was resolved and we have been great ever since. Unfortunately her parents from then on decided to hate me and refused to let the children have any contact with me, or to let the kids come over to our house.

someone bought a car for someone and now demands it back
my girlfriend and i live together; i pay most of the bills. due to credit issues, her mom bought a car and gave it to us as long as we make the payments (loan and insurance) on time every month. we paid for the down payment on the car, have made every payment on time, and have paid all of the insurance as well.
