was cold called in 2009 and agreed to have a satellite system installed and paid the deposit due. Surprislngly, the sysytem was never installed and the deposit not returned, (it was returned once but the cheque bounced!!!!) The 'gentlemen' I dealt with, Mr S and Mr O implied they were the company directors/ owners and did not mention they were working for or consulting for the firm. They are now saying they sold the firm in 2008, and were consultants

jet ski legal issue or is it?
This may get confusing but here goes. I recently sold a pair of jet skis to a buyer and I sold the jet skis "as is" for $4500 with trailer.

unjustly response
if a person was molested and sxually assualted repeatly by fathers girlfriend family members and threat on father and siblings was giving, tried to run away force to return by county officers, tried telling way they did not listen ran constantly. went to live with aunt about 2 to 3 yeas later
