First time arrested, need help soon pls

Here we go. I was at the local speedway buying my favorite mt dew slushy and gave the guy a hundred, he gave me change, then when i was putting the money in my wallet he proceded to tell me that he gave me the hundred back cause he saw a few more in my wallet, just got paid "not wealthy at all lol" Anyways i told him i dont think so, we argued for a sec and i said ok ok count your draw down and we can get to the bottom of this, he said naw.

Felony Theft for Holding Property for money that is owed to me B2B

I own a small retail frurniture store in texas and I made a verbal agreement with said party to pay x amount of the lease, and half the electric bill and they could use all the walls to sell his paintings and the back room for painting, well in the process of a art show his artist damaged some of the sofas and he agreed to pay half of the cost to fix the sofas.

Suspended License in New Hampshire

I was what I believe to be "wrongfully arrested" on Friday, August 27th. The reason being because I had a "suspeneded license" However, I was never sent any kind of notification from the DMV, stating that they were revocating my license for any period of time.

Question about parole…

My husband is going to be able to put in for a half way house very soon... I am a convicted felon, most recent cases are from 2006...Have had only one arrest since that time but no charges were filed...I have successfully completed all of the supervision requirements over 18 months ago and have been crime free since 2006...What if anything can I do to get approval that we can reside together when he is released??
