Blatant obstruction of fathers parental rights
My husband has been having continuous troubles with his ex. They were married and have 2 children ages 16 & 8. She lives in another County.

always been there,married still seperated for two years,she moved,I havnt seen my son
me and my wife been seperated for two years, we have a three yr. old son together threw two ex-partes that was dropped due to conflict on her behalfe, a divorce she started last year was even thrown out due to conflict with GAL on another one of her four kids that has my last name she didnt want to go threw what was about to go down with that so she dropped it

Our GAL is now working with us to settle custody outside court, she's become our mediator. No lawyers are present during the meeting, the first one our lawyers were available by phone and anything agreed to is subject to our attorney's approval.

reversing/vacating wrongful termination of parental rights
OK, i live in Indiana and similarly to the TN DCS case on a previous thread, my son was wrongfully taken in 2005. DCS never had a case against me in the first place, since my son was taken due to "Facing Homelessness and having emotional issues" NOT Because of abuse or neglect or any of the other typical issues
