Vocational Rehabilitation in Florida told me "there are no mandatory requirements for anyone to refer an individual to VR". If this is the case, how should one know about VR?

Hi, I formed a Limited Partnership which I am a 99.5% partner (owner) and would appreciate help in how to set up some of the accounts. When the Partnership was formed/created, it had no funds so I used my personal funds to pay for fees/expenses and plan to "repay" myself these fees and expenses when the Partnership has its' own funds (money) s well as any other funds (money) that I contributed / loaned to the Partnership.

Violation of Truth in Savings Disclosure for Term Deposit by Federally Insured Bank
My question involves a banking matter in the State of: NJ I opened a checking and few term deposits with a small bank in NJ Regulated by the FDIC. The APY for the term deposit was relatively high around 5.5% or 10 year deposit which is a little rare this year
