Once absent parent now threatening to file for joint custody
The non-custodial parent has threatened to file for joint (50/50) custody of our 5 year old. He has thousands of dollars acrued in back child support and has not paid court costs that he was ordered to pay for all the past child support hearings. The non-custodial parent was non-existant until the past year and half.

Can I sure a car dealership for false warranty?
I recently purchased a used car and was told it came with a 7 year or up to 100K mile warranty and I purchased a wrap around coverage with the warranty. This was a major reason why I purchased the car! However after dropping my car to get detailed at the dealership service center, the attendant noticed that my warranty was valid for an unusually long time.

Mittimus vs Warrant for Arrest?
Per ia courts online, on 3/24 a judge ordered a mittimus to county jail. This person was arrested this morning for driving without a license. She had 2 days of jail time to serve from a previous arrest so is spending the weekend in jail

Next door neighbor problem
My husband and I are working people in our 60's and have been living in the same apartment in a nice neighborhood in north San Antonio for more than 5 years without incident. We are both non-smokers. A family moved in next door to us several months ago, a middle-aged couple with an adult daughter and teenaged son.

Alledged fraud
today I was called into the office where I work, the company I work for issues and collects loans from peoples homes, I had done a loan for a existing customer who has done a runner, I had been pulled up in the office as the signeture from the first agreement is abit different from the new agreement, we cannot get incontact with this customer as the manager thinks I have signed the agreement myself and kept the money. how do I go about proving my inoccence
