can manager tear down flyers I post AND charge $75 for locking myself out?
2 different issues here: I have rented my San Francisco apt for 20 years. The new mgr (as of 2 yrs ago) tears down postcards/flyers I place on the hallway mirror for events I produce

Parking Rental Tenants Rights in San Francisco
I just signed a month to month lease for a parking spot in San Francisco and received a phone call from the landlord a moment ago saying that someone was willing to pay more and I would likely have to leave the spot. This does not seem right as the spot is not available for rent and im assuming you cant kick one person out if someone else is willing to pay more . Does anyone know my rights?

Overnight guest refuses to leave months later
