How often do mortgage comapnies use the 4506 t form to very info. Always or hardly ever when buying a home?
If you provide the mortgage company, with all the required information, usually follow-up on this. Does it vary from company to company or is it a common practice to execute the form of 4506t. Moreover, she was chosen guides everheard first to Charlotte? Any opinions on them?

I need to know our legal rights in reference to a contract that was signed but when we received our copies the info was different than was explained to us at signing. We asked to take the papers to our RV (100 yards away) and look them over and read them to be sure we were actually wanting this membership. We were told NO! but after signing they would give us the contracts copies so we could read everything on them and know what we were getting.

Derogatory item that came off reappearing from different collector
I had a derogatory item pop up out of the blue this month. I think it's an old item from Adelphia that was sold to a collector that came off after 7 years. It was gone for a year, now I think it's back in another form because another collector bought it. I knew I should have disputed it.

Stepson received divorce complaint from verbally and abusive wife
My stepson's wife gave my husband an acknowledgement and acceptance of service paper that she wants his son to sign even though the divorce complaint was not included. SHe has completed her name as the Plaintiff and her husband as the Defendant.

Originally I came to the US on a J1 visa - within 18 months I was pregnant and married my husband in 2007. I obtained my redisdency card 7/21/08 - they placed a no working restriction on me (I have not worked) I raise my 2 kids (both born in the US 2007 & 09 ).

Can a FINRA U-5 be changed after a termination so that the language as to the nature of the termination is not on the form? I feel strongly that "Termination for Poor Performance" does not reflect accurately why I was let go, and now I was denied a job with another company because of it

I have defaulted on two payday loans (I know I should have never gotten them in the first place). I am receiving harassing calls from a someplace calling itself the "Financial Investigation Division" On the form I asked them to e-mail me, they are listed as "ACS" I have offered a written arrangement to pay the debt, but they still make threats of criminal charges and arrest; charges they have repeated when they have called the references on the loan apps
