Questing regarding FMLA denial/possible termination
Jurisdiction/Place: USA - Pennsylvania. I have worked for my company for almost 6 full years now full time, they are a company that employs over 45,000 employees nationwide. I recently had an issue with my blood pressure that caused me to go to the ER.

Driving on susp.license while on probation in Georgia,looking to move to dismiss
Hello everyone.New member here.Okay heres the deal.Last November I plead no contest to a no insurance ticket in Cobb County,Ga.I plead no contest and was given 1 year of "pay and go"probation(pay the fine and probation is over),in addition to the 1 year of probation that I already had for driving in vioaltion of a resricted license(this earlier charge was changed to a basic violation,but I was forced to pay the same fine of $657).
