Timeshare maintenance fee on unfinished resort
My husband and I purchased a timeshare in Ormond Beach, FL (Royal Floridian South) which is still under construction. Are we required to pay the maintenance fees that we have been billed? We have been offered stays at sister resorts until ours is finished, but we have not done so
