Damage to hidden camera, will I win this case?
Hello, I placed a hidden camera inside a small black garbage bag on a cabinet door to catch a thief in a shared accommodation house. The other party, removed this bag (not knowing the camera was inside) and damaged the camera, claiming that the bag posed a fire hazard.

Who should I sue?
We currently rent a home in Las Vegas NV from the homeowner who lives out of state. Our vehicle was towed from our driveway back in Dec stating that our driveway is a FIRE LANE. When we contacted the HOA to seek reimbursement, they said there are signs that indicate towable offenses and that should be enough

Landlord hasn’t responded after house fire
The single family dwelling I rent caught on fire on 1/22/10 in the evening. The fire started in the trashcan outside of the house, then spread to the exterior surface

Car catches fire after being worked on by mechanic.
I recently had a muffler put on at a local shop. The job was paid for and they sent me on my way. 2 minutes down the road, the bottom half of my truck started up in flames, I had people flagging me down to pull over.

"Abandonment" Remedy http://www.dca.ca.gov/publications/landlordbook/repairs.shtml
California Civil Code 1942 states that if a landlord doesn't make necessary repairs to keep the rented property habitable then the tenant can either "repair and deduct" or use the "abandonment" remedy. In my case I have apparently several electrical circuits that are having under-voltage and over-voltage issues. When checked with a multimeter they have read as low as 40 VAC and as high as 210 VAC

Reckless driving ticket in "ticket trap" town
My 75-year-old mother was driving through this tiny town, on her way to another town to do errands. Two state highways intersect in this town

After 3 unsuccsesful evictions my ex-landlord tried to burn down our house
My ex landlord set a fire to our home after he had no grounds to legally evict and lost 2 two consecutive tries, then collected the insurance money to remodel the substandard 60 yr old home with no updated appliances or much needed repairs. He managed to do everything legally wrong to get us out after the fire which was documented by several calls to the police by us which ended up pissing off our local police and after each call hearing his lies about us became more interested in us than him and I was even taken to jail 2 times because of his lies about us and almost 2 years later I am still being stopped and asked about my supposed drug addictions and use and I don't even drink! I have had a fear of cops now and won't ever go to them for help when he even lied about me trespassing on the property where I lived, each time different cops would come and so they all listened more to him and his lies more so than why they were called in the first place..I was handcuffed, arrested and in back of the squad car before I had a chance to tell this cop my side and what relly happened..Anytime I was alone in the house with no witnesses he would threaten my life....The Firemen who put out the fire which was contained in the kitchen area only because of the asbestos based fire retardent and luckily kept the old home from going up like kindleing..The firemen did not red-tag the house after the fire to my landlords dismay so he continued to do annoying things like stealing or just blatently disposing of my my personal property, giving us daily 24 notices to enter the home to do "repairs" having nothing to do with the fire or the horrendous smoke damage that occoured..by the fire, like removing our woodburning stove in the middle of winter..

Was this search/seizure illegal?
This happens while i was at work. My 2 roommates were at home and the 1 was making a smoke bomb on the stove using potassium nitrate for something fun to watch go off in the back yard like an idiot... Anyways the boiling pot went out of control and splattered on the floor and filled the ENTIRE house with smoke..
