What do you know about home insurance involving a fire?


My friend had a fire in his house during the last days of the sale. The insurance company is trying to prove fraud on his part, that does not exist, and has not paid since September 28, 2006. She goes to a polygraph test by next month, at the same time has a place to live, gave birth allowance of $ 2,500 and refused to give him something now. Any suggestions on what can or should do?

Does home insurance cover when you rent out the house and the tenant causes a house fire?


Insurance coverage at home when I rented the house and the tenant causes a house fire (assuming the house completely burnt)? Otherwise, I need to ensure the owner or tenant to request a tenant insurance? Where can I compare home provides? Thanks
