Under Contract with Ryan Homes want to purchase different home
In February my husband and I put in a bid on a short sale home. The offer was accepted by the seller, but the short sale was turned down by the bank. At the end of March we purchased a new home from Ryan Homes.
Car Dealership Sales Contract
Can a car dealership break a sales contract after it has been signed by both parties just because they are unable to sell the contract out to a bank? I purchased a car on Saturday. I traded in a vehicle with negative equity in it

Can I opt out of Car dealership contract
My wife purchased a new car on 6/19, the finance manager who completed the paper work stated the vehicle came with a 10 year 100,000 mile warranty, however never discussed the cost for the warranty. The person also "added" GAP coverage and life insurance on the loan, saying they can get a lower rate with the life insurance.

A ‘what if’ situation related to Classic Auto scores…
Given multiple auto manufacturers are offering some very attractive interest rates, buyer incentives and other perks, I am advising my little sister with buying a new vehicle and navigating the financing maze. Specifically, she has zeroed in on a Honda. During our discussions with the finance manager at the Honda dealership, we learned that Honda Financial Services uses Classic Auto scores to qualify buyers for their loan rates. I understand that Classic Auto scoring utilizes pay history from previous auto loans to formulate the Classic Auto scores. However, in my sister's case, the last auto she financed was 10 years ago. The tradelines no longer appear on her credit reports. Given these tradelines do not exist, how might this impact her Classic Auto scores? Thank you.

Used Car Branded Title Disclosure
A little over two years ago I purchased a used vehicle from a AZ dealer for over $30K. Recently I went to trade that vehicle in on another car, in a different state (UT), and I was told the car had a branded title (they printed a CarFax report) and the car's value was less than half of book ($12K less). Shouldn't the original selling dealer have had me sign a statement that I understood the car had a branded title?

Will it make a difference? (Financing a car)
The last time I had financed a car was 9 years ago and it is not showing on my Equifax, but only on TU and Experian reports. In between now and then, I had purchased cars 100% cash, used. I'm considering buying a home in a couple of years, and it is reinforcing my desire to have a newish car financed, so I can have a healthy mix of credit types on record as paid in full / current when that time comes.
