Will I be able to get a home equity loan if I am currently in a forebearance agreement with my mortgage?
We will be listed as “entering foreclosure” until September, but have already made 5 consecutive payments into the forebearance plan, including a large down payment. However, in order to get our finances in order and pay education costs, we need to take out a home equity loan. Will lenders approve the loan (if we have one great credit score, one bad, and a good income) in our current state? Or would it be rejected outright?

I heard they can make pretty good money, which would be quite refreshing after three years in the non-profit sector…
I have experience in finances and I am good with numbers in general. Been told that I’ve got some people skills too – I smile a lot 
so if you have any suggestios or ideas please write me a few words. Need to make more money if I want kids soon! and a girl can always use a few pairs of fancy new shoes

I closed my bank account and now I have an overdraft.
I decided to close my Old National bank account because of the recent monthly fees they've added. I went in and the teller informed me I had $4 and some cents still in the account. I asked if there were any pending transactions, she said no and gave me the money, telling me the account was closed.

Judgement filed on a debt
Hey folks. Here's my issue (And this is from upstate NY) About 2 weeks ago, I got a letter in the mail from an attorney in Rochester stating that back in 07 a judgement had been filed against me for a debt. I had absolutely no knowledge of the judgement, and have been working out my finances over the last couple years.

credit card threats to sue/judgement
my widowed mother, 70 years old has made bad choices with her finances since her husband passed. its been 8 years, she has mortgaged the house to the max, maxxed out all credit cards, spent her savings, all but maybe $4500 worth. problem: chase bank credit card sent a letter saying they will sue her and put a judgement against her if she dont respond within 10 days.
