The most recent incident happened March 2, 2011 but there have been many more.

Someone went into my breast milk bag and threw out 2 bags (I saw them in the trash) The two bags were in a little black cooler in the refrigerator.

I WENT to HR…they said…”we don’t know who did it, we can’t prove it, so basically we can’t do anything” and “we don’t even have to supply refrig” so because HR would do nothing and facilities would do nothing. My manager didn’t even know what to say, so I posted a note on the frig.

Please be respectful and considerate of other people’s property in the refrigerator.

Yesterday afternoon 2 bags of my breast milk were thrown into the trashcan. Considerin…g these milk bags were inside another bag an accidental discard is highly unlikely. Please remember that the milk in these bags is for my son. They are his only source of nutrition at this time. By discarding these bags you have robbed my son of his food. Although highly unlikely, if this discard was accidental I would really appreciate it if the individual(s) would discuss how this happened. However, if this action was done with malicious intent, SHAME ON YOU! You actions have robbed a beautiful child of his mother’s milk!

I got a call from HR stating that rumors are going around stating who I think put it in the trash and that I am slandering someone’s name and can be terminated. I told my mgr who I think did it.

In the past, I’ve had people rip up other people’s plants and put them in the garbage, I’ve been blamed for cussing out someone on a voicemail that was “magically erased” I’ve been blamed for handwriting a letter to that specific person, and her boss telling my boss I needed to be fired when the handwriting was clearly not mine, but I was the only one called in the HR to “discuss” it. I have been written up for people printing out my facebook, when there was nothing wrong, for having a personal conversation (while pregnant) and someone saying I said cervix. The list goes on and on.

I have excellent medical coverage and ok pay. I have been looking for another job for 2 years but I just can’t find anything that is mediocre to this and that woman is not going to win by having me leave and go to a crappy job.

On New years this year I reported hearing gunfire from the direction of one of my neighbors houses whom we’ve had a scare with a weapon before. After the police left, this guy started calling my house telling me he knew I had called the police and he wanted me to know that he knew who the snitch was. I called for the officer to return. When he did the officer went to the neighbors house and supposedly told him to knock it off. After three calls to the police for the continued harrasament they finally got into a shouting match in the street. Again, no help from the police. The neighbor proceeded to get nasty on facebook even tho I tried to tell him that it was not the place to talk about people and that I would hold him responcible for the hurt he caused. After about ten minuites I realized that to just ignore him would be the best option. During the course of the facebook conversation he informed me how connected he was in town and that because of his connections he “is the man” and there was nothing that could be done about anything that he said. I finally just let it all go to childish behavior. Last night at dinner I get a knock at the doorstep. I answered the door to one of this neighbors friends asking to talk to me. When I went outside he told me that he was there to let me know that he was helping the neighbor by the neighbors request to stop me from causing the neighbor any problems. When I asked him to repeat himself to make sure I had heard him right he told me that he was down here to show me that the neighbor was not to be bothered. I told this guy to get off my porch wanting him away from my door. At the top stair of my house is a porch with an old door lying sidways to keep small dogs from getting loose. Behind that door to prop up the door from falling is a wooden bar stool. Both have to be moved to gain access to the stairs. While I was moving the door and the stool to walk the guy off my steps when I heard something drop. When I turned to face him better hi was coming back up the steps with a piece of 2×4 kind of behind him like he was going to hit me with it. I pulled the stool that was already in my hand to the front of me trying to get him away from me. This hit either him or the stick or the porch, I’m not really sure, but after backing up the guy came at me a second time. This time he got hit with the stool on his forhead and it knocked him to his knees. Believe it or not, this all happened before my girlfriend could even come to see what was going on. As soon as she came out of the house I told her to call 911 which she did. While the guy was sitting on the ground he started talking about my neighbor again. That he was there for my neighbor and “someone” had a gun. While I was standing by my steps I noticed a knife about 3 feet from this guy so I picked it up and threw it under the house. While I did this I saw the 2×4 by my truck and moved that out of the way as well. I asked the guy if he had any more weapons and started to empty his pockets. When I didn’t find anymore I stood back and told him to relax, that the police had been called and would be there soon. I was getting worried about the cut on his head so I told my girlfriend to call the police again to tell them to hurry. About that time he started to get aggressive again and I told him to just relax and sit down. About that time he jumped up, grabbed the stuff from his pockets and started to run to the back of the house. When I walked back to see where he went I saw him running up the other side of the house where my back door is. Somewhere along the line I had sent my girlfriends kids to the neighbors, but my girlfriend was still out in front of the house. I ran back to the front and saw him running down the street towords this neighbors house. I told my girlfriend to go to where the kids were and I again called 911. I was a little excited and cussed during the call trying to tell the operator that this guy was talking about a gun. The operator just got offended and told me not to talk to her that way and that the call had already been placed. As soon as I got off the phone this guy came walking back down the street again talking about the neighbor having a gun. I picked up a stick and hid behind my truck and told the guy that if he came back on my property I’d hit him again. He started telling me that he was going to press charges and that I would’nt get away with it. About that time the police finally showed up and I told the cop that the guy might have a weapon. I was still behind my truck. After the search and the call for the ambulance the cop asked what had happened. He stated that He had just answered a call about this guy from a store in a different area and all had decided not to arresst him. The cop told me he had driven the guy to my neighbors house not a few minuites ago and that another county was in the process of getting a warrent for this guy because he had apperently assaulted his girlfriend and her mother earlier that night. I gave the cop the knife from under the house and told him all that had happened. He asked me to write a statement and I did. He was on the phone with an investigator and I guess they decided to hold the guy at the hospital long enough for the other counties warrent to process. In the mean time it was a case of self defence. About an hour later I got a call from the same police officer telling me that the investigator had decided to come and talk to me. I was told I was not under arrest, but I was read my rights and asked to give another statement verbally. All this after the investigator took a bunch of pictures, took my stool. the stick the guy had and the one left on my truck by me trying to scare the guy off. The cop even told me when I asked him what was going on that he didn’t understand it either. When I got into the investigators truck and he read me my rights I got scared and said on tape that I’d already given a written statement, I didn’t have anything else to add or nothing would change and asked to not make another. The recording was stopped and the investigator said that it would have been better on me to have made the statement. It felt like he was trying to talk me into doing the right thing so I told him I’d give the statement. He kind of smiled and said I’d already refused. I told him I was just confused and scared, could we do it tomorrow after I calmed down and he agreed. He then told me that he wanted to talk to the kids as well so 4 this afternoon was decided. Am I in trouble? Is giving another statement smart? I’ve since found that this guy’s family has money, and the problem neighbor seems to be family with the local group of law enforcement and polotics. What Should I do Here?

The Title of this post should be: NEED Advice Pertaining to a car I sold.

In December of 2010 I sold a car to a woman I knew personally before moving to Washington State. She needed a car, I needed to sell the one I had so it was win win. I typed up an agreement stating I was selling the car as is, listed all things that I knew that was wrong with the car, put in the document the payment plan, kept the title and stated that she would receive it AFTER she was done paying for the car. I sold the car for $800.00 with a down payment of $180.00, then there after for the months of January, February, March she agreed to pay $200.00 with a due date of the 23rd of each month, with the remainder of $20.00 due in April. It is now past the 23rd of February and I have yet to receive any other payment. I have tried to phone her on her cell phone, I have tried to email her, and I have even gone to her facebook page and posted on her wall that she needed to contact me ASAP regarding the car (I did this in a nice way, I was in no way mean), I have not received any form of communication back from her. I need to know what to do next. Do I have the car repo’ed? If so how do I go about doing that? Do I take her to court? I am completely at a loss, not only am I disappointed in her actions, but also angry that it has come to this. Any and all help would be appreciated.

I recently found out that my son’s aunt has pictures posted of my son, whom is 2.5 yrs old. She has done this without permission of me or of my son’s mother. Last year she was told she could not post any pictures or even take pictures of our son. I have request her to remove the pictures but she has not done that yet. The pictures are not offensive, do not contain nudity or anything like that. They are just normal every day pictures that she took without permission.

Is this legal of her to have these pictures posted without our permission? If it is not, what can I do? Yes, the pictures are on Facebook and I have reported it to Facebook, with no reply or action taken.

I feel my child’s picture should not be anywhere unless I or his mother has put them there or has given permission to have them put there.

What can I do?

I am currenrtly on paid administrative leave for a supposed FERPA violation. I have read through FERPA, as well as my school board’s policy, but I’m not quite sure if what I did is a FERPA violation.

In July, I posted on Facebook the names of students who passed my AP test. I also noted that one student passed the test, but not the class. He was already in summer school to retake that class. My page is private, only friends can see the posts. My full name, where I work and my picture are not on the profile. Trying to fight termination.

I recently filmed some classes for a client that they taught. They are really good at what they do and I know they will be successful. It’s just a matter of when they will be successful, because it’s either all or nothing with them. They either want their own show, or they want nothing. They don’t really want to work their way up, because they have already had their own show teaching the same thing before. Granted, it was on cable, but still.

Their goal is to have their own network TV show. They are also an actor and want their own sitcom, but for now, they are sticking with teaching.

They also seem to self-sabotage themselves sometimes, which is a hard habit to break without increasing your self-image, and they tend to have an attitude at times.

In any respect, we never had anything in writing, but we had a verbal agreement that we would create a product, market it online, and split any and all online proceeds 50/50. So I helped them A LOT, filmed 4 of their classes, consulted them on marketing for many hours, set up their Facebook fan page, set up two Twitter accounts for them, set up their YouTube channel, edited some videos adding banners to the videos with their website address along with a call to action for the viewers to join their email list so the viewers could buy their book, promoted their Twitter and YouTube accounts, as well as their Facebook fan page, on my accounts, and more.

I tallied up the values of everything, and came up with a total of $5400. I was thinking of a buyout price of $6000 before I tallied them up, and I’m still thinking that amount for the buyout price considering their economic situation. The buyout price includes compensation for everything that I did for them, as well as unlimited use of all of the raw footage that I shot, and the passwords to the Twitter and YouTube accounts that I set up for them.

They don’t really have a lot of money, which is why I am pricing it accordingly.

My questions are the following:

1. Should I sell out at $6k and just be done with it, or should I hold out and ask for some money upfront, as well as require a percentage of any income/revenue that is generated from the use and/or submission of the videos? If the latter, then how much upfront would you suggest, and what percentage of any income/revenue?

Keep in mind that they are in their mid forties, so who knows how much longer it will take for them to hit it big. And I could use the money right now to invest in my own business, however there is no guarantee that they will pay that either. They may just opt to film everything all over again.

Please advise.

A person that seem to have created a fictitious account is persistently sending me messages on Facebook. They are not threatening but the person keeps referring to my boyfriend cheating on me with that person and says things about me that are true, but only someone who knows me would know. They are using profanities and after I told them “not to f”>k with me”, they still contacts me.

Other than blocking the person and reporting them to facebook, is there a way I can find out who it is? I don’t have their email, but can I get the info via Facebook? If I report this behavior to the police, will they do anything about it?

Is this considered harassment?
