Your Opinion to Remove or Improve Negative Marks on Credit Report
I recently pulled my Experian, Equifax, & TransUnion credit report today 8/22/2010, and there are 3 collection accounts on my report: SST/CIGPF1C (This account is scheduled to continue on record until May 2012) MIDLAND CRED (This account is scheduled to continue on record until Mar 2013) MIDLAND CRED (This account is scheduled to continue on record until Apr 2013) I have tried to dispute all of these accounts several times through online & USPS First Class mail, and all came back as verified. I've tried to PFD with Midland, but they're suprisingly ignorant about deleting their own report. Since the SOL in Texas is 4 yrs, all of the accounts above have reached their expiration.

Hello, I currently am looking to refi my Jeep with my current lender Chase. I'm also looking to appy for the Discover More card, I keep getting pre-approved letters and the expiration date is 3/31 to sign up for the promotional offer. I have an overall utilization of 10%, however I have a $477 bal on a 600 cl. I paid it a few weeks ago but I'm waiting for Orchard to update my credit report before applying for another card or my refi.
