Deceased indigent mother creditor question
My indigent mother passed away 6 months ago intestate. She had no personal property and rented her apartment, but had a $783 credit card bill

Statute of limitation of lawsuit after person dies from other complications
My boyfriend had sued me for alledgeling falling on my property and breaking his ankle...i he did make deposition, then died a short time later from other complications of health, he was diabetic and had lung problems. Just before his death he stopped the lawsuit and sent his lawyer a notozired letter to that effect, i know because i had written the letter for him and had forwarded to his computer.

I have posted in the past and received some good answers, but I need some more help. Is it possible to contest the assigning of executor of a will without having an attorney? Second, would anyone have a suggestion on getting an attorney who might take this on contingency?

found out after death of close friend he removed me as executor of trust
in 2008 a close friend of mine shared with me that he was HIV positive and asked me to be the executor of his trust and be his power of attorney for his medical decisions. I agreed and he had his attorney draw up the paperwork which he signed and had notarized. In February of 2010, my friend had surgery and it was discovered he had terminal stage 4 stomach cancer and only had a few months to live
