MyFico had Allowed Judgement to ReAppear Today at 12:46
Im sure some of you recall my Judgement with LVNV. And me having them removed. Today it seems Fico has allowed them to put the exact same judgment back on my report, after I had given them documentation.

Another Employee
At my job, we write down our hours on a time sheet.My fellow employee recently crossed out what I had written to write down the exact time I left the office.I do not think another employee should invade my space.Is there a law against this kind of behavior? I need to be emancipated 16 almost 17

DOFD question
I have been running my credit report on Equifax since the beginning of the year. I had a Discover card that had been charged off a long time ago and I was looking forward to it dropping from my credit report due to the seven year credit reporting time period SOL deal. So in April I noticed Discover w3as nowhere to be found on my credit report. I was pretty excited about that. The DOFD was listed as 05/2003. Now I get a letter in the mail dated 5/26/10 from a collection company called CBCS with a settlement offer.. The letter says that if I do not respond in 30 days they are going to assume my debt is valid.

TU won’t give me an exact date as to when a collection will fall of my report….Help!
Hey All, I have a collection on TU and EX that is scheduled to fall of those reports this month. (EQ removed it 2 years ago!) I called EX and the nice lady told me that this collection was scheduled to be automatically removed from my account at the end of business today! (Yipee!).
