Home Mortgage being reported as "Installment" – Equifax score being affected
My husband and I own two homes that happen to both be Manufactured Homes. One of the loans was significant and was for 30 years and reported on my husbands credit report as "Real Estate" loan. The company failed to report for me and I called them. They say it takes 90 days and I'm currently waiting on pins & needles to see if they report it as an Installment or a "Real Estate" loan as they did for my husband. Our second home is being classsifed as "Installment" and we do not understand why they would call it an installment loan when we purchased this just like a home, pay property taxes and had to go through a 30 day escrow, pay realtor commissions, etc.

Misspelled name on a will?
Hello everyone, I recently helped a friend create a will for her entire estate (located in Georgia). She has been estranged from her husband for almost 20 years and left the estate to me. In the will, I misspelled her husband's first name: "Lewis" instead of the correct "Louis." She has no previous marriages and no children.

Estate executors
If an Executor of a Will Contested the Will for her own personal gain, should she have REMOVED herself as the Executor? Should the Estate Attorney have told her to do so

Revoke AB trust
My Grand parents unknowingly setup an AB revocable trust, which should never had been setup as an AB trust since their estate was never over 1M dollars. My grandfather passed 12 years ago, my grandmother did not take any of the required steps to split the trust, obtaining tax id and filing tax returns. She wants to discard this trust with the agreement of the beneficiaries and setup a new living trust
