Can my ex-wife homeschool without my consent?
My 12 yr old daughter has told me that her mom is considering homeschooling her next year. We have joint legal custody and she has primary physical custody-Just wondering if she can make that decision on her own or do I need to agree to it in order for it to be legal?

Must employer defend when sues employee?
When employer sues former employee, alleging damages from negligent conduct performed during prior course and scope of the employee's duties for the prior employer, must the former employer also defend/advance legal fees funding for the employee's defense of the former employer's suit against him/her?:confused:
