Reverse Discrimination
I was asked to substitute for my previous company's HR director while she went on leave for a couple of days last October. Some of the duties involved accepting applications from potential employees.

can I negotiate my severance package if i’ve got dirt on the company?
I was let go from my job (retail sales associate) and given a 2weeks severance and paid insurance till the end of May.

Would this action (on my part) count as Libelous or Slanderous?
Hello, At my place of employment one of the managers said something extremely inappropriate to one employee and it was overheard by at least one other employee in the same room (and possibly others in the next room). If I were to make this statement known to the others in the company (peers and superiors...say, via email, a slideshow of written cards, and/or a video posting on YouTube)....would this manager have any recourse (given the fact that multiple people can verify that this manager said what I claim they said)?

TRW Scoring System
My current employer ran a TRW on me when I first interviewed with them and I later found out that I had a TRW score of 10. According to my employer, this system ranges in scores from 0 to 1,000 where lower numbers are better. Has anyone ever heard of this particular scoring model before?

Not receiving promised raise
I was hired 3 months ago as a computer technician by a public school district. I was verbally promised by my boss and and our HR person that I would receive a raise when I completed a computer certification test.

internet harasment
A person who sits on the same community board I do, sent derogiatory untrue annomyous emails to a very senior member at my employment, which happens to be a Federal bank, in an attempt to get me fired.
