What type of attorney should I hire?
I have a civil rights problem regarding the free use and enjoyment of my property! It was taken away from me by a neighbor who installed 2 speed bumps on our shared driveway and they have impeded my rights of ingress and egress of my home.

easment size
Is it possible to change the width. Right now we are allowing a 30' wide easement to 2 different lots that are side by side, father/son owners. Father is treating this easement as persoanl property when we pay taxes on it.

Will I Lose the Easement if Driveway Not Exactly on the Designated Easement?
My property is in Northern California. There is an easement on my neighbor’s property for me to get to my house. The easement is marked 12’ wide right beside our properties’ boundary on the parcel map.

Allowing Neighbor Driving on Property in California Lead to Prescriptive Easement
The property is in Northern California. Currently, there is an easement on my neighbor's property right at the boundary to my property for me to drive through to get to my house. My neighbor also uses the driveway to get to his house.

Easement location in dispute with land developer who wants to go over drainage field
I live in MD. I purchased my home 2 yrs ago that had a 50 feet wide right of way easement to a landlocked sliver of property. It was not on the deed so we have a claim with our title insurance, who have already done a professional survey and staked out our property lines and the easement

Easement and problem with city
I live in a house with a huge ditch about 35-40ft across 10ft deep behind my fence which sits exactly on the easement line.

UPDATE and a new twist easement violation?
We went to mediation and won are case. We got our land that we wanted, that was ours anyway. Now this guy has fenced where the easement line, and that is fine with me but he has also put up not one but three fence gates across our easement so we have to open all three to get through.

Easement violation
I purchased a piece of land at a private airport. there is suppose to be an easement for utility (electrical) for which ppl are either not to build on or to put PVC pipes under the foundation so that the next lot can run electricity. Well, the guy next to me did not leave the appropriate size of PVC and now I will have to bore under his foundation which will cost me about 8K to do it.
