Sewer Plant Problems
Hello- We bought our house in April 2008 and at the time, we were not aware of any sewer plant problems. We have paid our dues every month and attended meetings. Our trustee changed about a year after we moved in and shortly after the new trustee took over, we started receiving notices that our sewer plant was not in compliance with the Department of Natural Resources

HOA is trying to impose memo of lein
I will try to keep this as brief as possible while talking about as many facts as possible. I basically want to find out if I should/could file a successful small claims court case
