marijuana abuse and custody
My wife has been secretly planning to divorce me with her ex-boyfriend. I have abused marijuana daily for years and we have 2 small children. I stopped immediately and offered to submit to drug screen and abuse classes anything for a chance to keep our family together

false positive drug screen
I just took a pre-employment drug screen and physical for a permanent position with a company that I've been working at for 8 months.They told me that my drug screen came back positive for thc,NO WAY!I requested a retest immediately and they refused to allow me to do so.I do take an anti-inflammatory for severe carpal tunnel,and have learned that it could have caused the false positive results.I explained this to the employer but to no avail,I need to know what my rights are so I can prove my innocence,as I have a disabled wife and 2 children to support and with new laws passed I can't even draw unemployment benefits.This is just detrimental to my family and my name,any help would be greatly appreciated.
